We are a vibrant and friendly office based in Tunbridge Wells, established over 20 years ago. We are a leading Recruitment Agency in the local area servicing over 100 schools and nurseries on weekly basis which makes us an extremely fast paced office.
We are a small team with lovely personalities therefore I am looking for someone who can fit in.
The hours are 8.30 - 18.00 Monday to Friday during Term Time. In the school holidays the hours are reduced with no change in salary.
We offer the best commission structure in the industry and 27 days annual leave.
The main purpose of this role is:
- To generate candidates for the division and take responsibility for the recruitment process to ensure maximum time efficiency in the application process.
- To assist in the delivery of the recruitment targets for the division.
- Network and advertise to potential candidates.
- To manage the compliance requirements.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Good level of general education
- Computer Literate with proficiency in database systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels both in person and over the telephone

Previous Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
