Training and Development Coordinator

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Job Type: Full-Time - 12 month FTC

Salary: 28,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting managers in organising various training programs, performance initiatives, and other employee development activities.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, venues, and other external contacts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing data entry, handling compliance-related queries, scheduling meetings, and organising events.
  • Collaborating with teams to oversee company-wide training initiatives, including recruitment and mentoring programs, and supporting with onboarding and development efforts.
  • Coordinating training programs, preparing materials, managing systems, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
