Drive Excitement! As a the Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for customers, guiding them on their journey from first introductions to long-term ownership. This isn’t just a sales job – it's about building relationships, igniting passion, and creating unforgettable experiences.You'll be part of a close-knit team, working with an exciting brand in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.What You’ll Do:
  • Engage & Excite: Connect with potential customers through events, social media, and online presence. Bring the brand to life and help foster a vibrant community.
  • New and pre-owned vehicle sales: You'll manage and display products and merchandise, maximising sales target achievement.
  • One-to-One Customer Care: Provide outstanding, personalised service at every stage of the customer journey, creating memorable experiences for each car owner.
  • Be a Brand Champion: Organise events, present the latest models, and be the ultimate brand ambassador. You'll be a trusted resource on product features, test drive options, and the entire brand experience.
  • Build Loyalty: Guide customers through aftersales services, making sure they love their experience, long after they drive off!
What We’re Looking For:
  • Customer-First Mindset: You’re passionate about service, understanding needs and motivations and know how to make each customer feel valued.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Confident, clear, and able to make each interaction meaningful. Able to present product and Technical innovations in a relevant way.
  • Organised & Proactive: Able to take initiative, plan engaging events, and work efficiently with the team.
  • Tech & Social Media Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, social media, and CRM systems to keep up a dynamic online presence.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a retail or customer-focused environment
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • If you also have experience of Vehicle Sales Processes, or Dealerweb CRM this will be highly advantageous, however not essential.
