- Be a Brand Champion: Organise events, present the latest models, and be the ultimate brand ambassador. You'll be a trusted resource on product features, test drive options, and the entire brand experience.
- Build Loyalty: Guide customers through aftersales services, making sure they love their experience, long after they drive off!
- Customer-First Mindset: You’re passionate about service, understanding needs and motivations and know how to make each customer feel valued.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Confident, clear, and able to make each interaction meaningful. Able to present product and Technical innovations in a relevant way.
- Organised & Proactive: Able to take initiative, plan engaging events, and work efficiently with the team.
- Tech & Social Media Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, social media, and CRM systems to keep up a dynamic online presence.
- Experience in a retail or customer-focused environment
- Full UK driving licence.
- If you also have experience of Vehicle Sales Processes, or Dealerweb CRM this will be highly advantageous, however not essential.
