Experience with Special Educational Needs:
- Previous experience with pupils diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or SLCN is preferred.
- Support students 1:1 and in small groups both in mainstream classes and in the inclusion area.
Collaboration with Teachers: Work closely with teachers to differentiate resources, set targets, and monitor student progress.

Required Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in literacy and numeracy.
- Previous experience with young people is preferable, but not essential.
