Adhere to CQC regulations.
Visit 15-20 clients, three times a week, at their homes.
Develop comprehensive assessments and care plans, engaging clients, families/representatives, and other professionals at each stage.
Utilize your professional expertise within an established framework, following company policies and systems.
Draft detailed assessments while involving key individuals in the process.
Offer support to caregivers, providing them with the information needed to deliver high-quality care to clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a Regional Consultant or Regional Manager in the Healthcare or Homecare sector.
A Level 3 qualification or higher is a plus (but not essential).
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
A positive, confident, and empathetic attitude.

Salary from £29,000 depending on experience
