  • Adhere to CQC regulations.
  • Visit 15-20 clients, three times a week, at their homes.
  • Develop comprehensive assessments and care plans, engaging clients, families/representatives, and other professionals at each stage.
  • Utilize your professional expertise within an established framework, following company policies and systems.
  • Draft detailed assessments while involving key individuals in the process.
  • Offer support to caregivers, providing them with the information needed to deliver high-quality care to clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as a Regional Consultant or Regional Manager in the Healthcare or Homecare sector.
  • A Level 3 qualification or higher is a plus (but not essential).
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • A positive, confident, and empathetic attitude.
