Due to exponential growth, there is now an opportunity and a requirement for a maintenance operative with electrical skills and qualifications to join a very well-known property management company based in Tunbridge Wells.

You will work alongside other members of the team to include all aspects of electrical maintenance and refurbishment projects of occupied and tenanted properties within the property portfolio. You are responsible for installations, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. May install or service private roadway streetlights, intercom systems, or electrical control systems.

Essential Skills:

  • Qualified Electrician to NVQ Level 3
  • Residential and commercial
  • Certificates up to date
  • Full Clean UK driving license
  • Inspection and testing
  • Conduct initial verification, Live testing and EICR on various installations.
  • Be able to complete minor works certificates.

  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to deal with high work volumes and prioritise accordingly
  • Practical and can-do approach and professional when communicating
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Good work ethic with an energetic approach with flexibility and commitment
