Ensure a warm and high-quality experience for all visitors, including audiences and performers?? Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to create a welcoming atmosphere�? Oversee the bar, café, and box office, ensuring smooth operations�?? Work closely with different teams to coordinate staffing and event logistics??   • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience managing customer service teams

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead a team effectively
Desirable:
  • Experience in a theatre, arts venue, or visitor attraction
  • Knowledge of box office systems and licensing requirements
