The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager (2-4 years PQE) with strong expertise in audit, accounts, and tax to lead a team and manage a portfolio of clients. This role offers a clear pathway to senior leadership, with the opportunity to shape both client strategy and firm growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, oversee, and review audits for a diverse range of clients, ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards
- Review and finalise financial statements, advising clients on financial reporting and business performance
- Provide corporate and personal tax advice, ensuring compliance and identifying tax-saving opportunities
- Mentor and manage a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and offering strategic financial insights
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities for the firm through networking and client engagement
- ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong technical expertise across audit, accounts, and tax
- Experience managing audits from planning to completion
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong client relationship management and business development experience
- Commercial awareness and the ability to provide value-added advisory services
