Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support.
Create business proposals for Employee Benefit Consultants.
Compile scheme renewals, benefit reviews, and strategy reports.
Develop skills for a successful consultancy role.

About You:

Enthusiastic, driven, and committed.
Strong desire to learn and pass relevant exams.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good GCSEs/A Levels (degree desirable, good A levels considered).
Experience and qualifications in Financial Services and Health, risk, or insurance industry are a plus, but not essential.
