Sonic Summary

Our client, a successful Managed Service Provider for IT and telecoms solutions, is expanding their IT Support Team due to continued business growth.
The role requires experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and various networking technologies, with a preference for candidates having at least 2 years of relevant experience.
This position offers a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year and involves working from home, although candidates must be based in Kent or Sussex.
Onsite support will be necessary for project work and hardware/software installations, so a full UK driving license is essential.
Excellent support and interpersonal skills are required as the role is client-facing, dealing with customers via phone, email, and in person.

Excellent support and interpersonal skills are needed as the role is client-facing over the phone, via email and face-to-face.
