Our client is a successful Managed Service Provider for IT and telecoms solutions.

Due to continued business growth (saving customers time and money), they need to expand their IT Support Team.

The role will involve working from home BUT you do need to be based in Kent / Sussex due to the majority of customers supported.

There will be a need for some onsite support too (from project work, general hardware/software installs and upgrades etc.) so you must have a full UK driving licence as essential.

Excellent support and interpersonal skills are needed as the role is client-facing over the phone, via email and face-to-face.
