Administrator (Property)

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £23k - £24k + Great company benefits

Hours: Full Time 8.30am-17.30pm

Do you have a passion for the property industry and enjoy working in a sale’s focused and busy office? If so, I have a great opportunity to within my client’s branch based in Tunbridge Wells supporting the team in administration and client management.

You will already have a proven administrative background and enjoy dealing with clients over the phone and face to face.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking in appointments, viewings and market appraisals - Diary management.
  • Meeting and greeting clients when they come into the office.
  • Dealing with incoming calls from customers and registering applicants face to face.
  • Typing up property details, descriptions, floorplans and photos to advertise the property professionally.
  • Uploading property details to online portals.
  • Maintaining the window displays and wall displays.
  • Supporting the team with general administration tasks.
  • Ordering office supplies and stationery.
  • Preparation of completion invoices and other documentation to be sent to solicitors.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Proven office and administrative background,
  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Excellent IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using CRM systems.
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload and have great attention to detail.
  • Professional, friendly and personable.
  • Enjoys working in a busy sale’s focused working environment.
