A Construction Health & Safety Consultancy who are known for their prestigious projects are seeking a CDM Professional to act as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor over a range of projects which most Principal Designers would fight over to have access to. This Consultancy have been in business for 40+ years and have steadily grown during this time, they focus on the quality of process over the quantity. The Consultancy operate a Hybrid policy so you will enjoy a great work-life balance.

The CDM Consultant Role

As a Principal Designer & CDM Advisor, you will manage advise on all design safety risk for the portfolio of projects within the Pre-construction phase. There will be a team of CDM Advisors & Architects to support your work. This is a client facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (required)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a CDM role (required)
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
