- Process and document Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for our members.
- Manage PCN payments, invoices, and financial records.
- Maintain and update data in the Vision system, ensuring accuracy.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports, identifying trends and key insights.
- Liaise with local authorities and members to resolve PCN issues.
- Draft and send appeal letters, conduct review meetings, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Use Google Maps to verify PCN details and upload relevant documentation.
- Support colleagues with general admin tasks as required.
- Admin experience (or similar) with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems or data entry.
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with handling data.
