An exciting opportunity has arisen for Experienced Senior Sous Chef to join an independent upmarket rosette restaurant company. The restaurant offers great food with regular menu changes. The client is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere. They are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef who can deliver the highest levels of quality food their refined customers. They are looking for like-minded individuals who have worked in similar rosette quality restaurant with experience at Senior Sous Chef level or above to join their team on a permanent basis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for cooking with creative ingredients
  • A leader not a boss
  • Must have come from a premium/rosette level or above restaurant or hotel
  • A creative flair
  • Managing a small team of 7+
  • Used to working in a high volume environment
  • Likes to train and develop others
  • Must be able to deal with daily/weekly and seasonal menu changes
  • Experience in British high quality cuisine would be bonus
  • Likes to be hands on and lead the team from the front
  • Experience with GP, costing, wastage management, ordering, stock etc..
  • Must be able to drive
  • Strong health & safety knowledge
  • A stable work history
