About the Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to step into classrooms across different subjects and year groups, providing teaching support in the absence of regular classroom teachers. You'll be able to share your expertise with students while enjoying the flexibility of a supply role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students of all abilities to ensure they reach their full potential during your time in the classroom.
• Adapting to different school environments and teaching styles.
• Reporting back to the school on student progress and any relevant observations.
• Building positive relationships with students and staff during your assignments.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to different school settings.
• A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Check or the willingness to undergo one.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly.
