In this role, you will have the chance to remotely manage flexible working styles while assisting in commercial tenders and organisational compliance.As a Tender Coordinator, you will work closely with the Tender Manager to handle administrative tasks for commercial tender submissions and coordinate company information requests from members. You will play a vital role in identifying new opportunities, monitoring tender progress, and maintaining up-to-date tender directories. Additionally, you will support internal stakeholders by responding to information requests and ensuring timely communication.Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Planner.
  • Strong collaborative IT skills, including managing portal access platforms for tenders and compliance information requests.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritise workflow, and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Attention to detail, with the capability to refine documentation and ensure consistent submission quality.
