About the role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to both teachers and students, helping to create a positive and productive learning environment. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, you will play a key part in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:

Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver stimulating and inclusive lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
Assist with daily classroom activities, helping to create an engaging and positive learning environment.
Provide targeted support for small groups, focusing on students who require additional guidance to succeed.
Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development alongside academic growth.
Monitor and document student progress, sharing insights with the teaching team to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements of the Teaching Assistant:

Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour to connect effectively with students and staff.
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students thrive.
Prior experience in a teaching assistant role is beneficial.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt to various classroom dynamics.
Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
