- Experience with Special Educational Needs:

- Collaboration with Teachers: Work closely with teachers to differentiate resources, set targets, and monitor student progress.

- Required Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in literacy and numeracy.
- Previous experience with young people is preferable, but not essential.
