About YouTo succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • Specialist Experience: A proven background in an HR team within a professional services environment.
  • CIPD Qualification: Or equivalent in Personnel & Development.
  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.

About the RoleAs an HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in the Human Resources team, managing:
  • Recruitment and selection for Legal Support, Business Services, and Trainee Solicitors.
  • Development and management of graduate work placement and A-level work experience initiatives
  • .Organisation and representation of the firm at careers fairs.
