We are seeking a Product Manager/Product Owner with a background in IT/Technology/Software Development to enhance our client's product and customer experience.
The role involves client relationship management, requirements gathering, creating user stories, and collaborating with software development teams.
Candidates should have a commercial mindset, a good understanding of software development, Agile methodologies, and APIs.
This position offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement from the UK, with occasional office visits in Kent.
A competitive salary is offered, and applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

We have a new permanent opportunity for a capable Product Manager/Product Owner with a background in IT/Technology/Software Development to help our client to improve and deliver their product, offering and customer experience!

Duties will include:

* Client/relationship management

* Requirements gathering & functional spec creation

* Create User Stories

* Project work

* Liaise with software development teams to deliver enhancements

* Ensure customer satisfaction

A commercial mindset would be advantageous, alongside a good understanding of software development, Agile, API's.

The role offers scope to determine process and procedures and help grow a product team within a successful global technology company.

This can be hybrid/remote from the UK but with an expectation of occasional visits to offices in Kent.
