Our client is a successful SaaS provider that is looking to expand its support team, due to continued growth!
The ideal candidate will be:
- Degree educated (course irrelevant, more about maturity/structure)
- 12 months in a customer-facing / customer-support role
- Comfortable around MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
It's that simple.
You will be expected to be a client point of contact for technical issues (taking an average 15 calls a day, and similar amount of emails) that will need resolution by interacting with the internal team and keeping the customer happy.
The role is office-based but it is a great office, in a great location too.
