Our client, one Kent's leading independent Insurance brokers, are expanding their team and are looking for Sales Executives to join their Renewals departments.

As a Renewals Executive you will speak with existing clients to identify their on-going insurance needs, obtain accurate quotations and find the best deal for your customer. This is a varied role which will see you:

  • Managing client communications
  • Providing clear and accurate information on products
  • Using the quotation system, ratings guides or insurer referrals to generate quotes
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Responding to queries from brokers and underwriters

The roles involve inbound and outbound calling so you will need to be confident speaking on the phone.

The ideal Renewals Executive will have:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A customer first approach
  • A good eye for detail
  • Good IT Skills

Experience within a busy, customer facing environment is a must. Experience in sales would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.

In return for your hard work you will receive a competitive salary plus uncapped commission, expected first year earnings are £27,000-£30,000. Other company benefits include:

This is a fully office-based position, working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm.
