Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Existing Schemes: Respond to member and HR queries, handle general administration, and ensure auto-enrolment compliance.
  • Prepare and Deliver Annual Reports: Assist in preparing and presenting annual/governance review reports for assigned accounts.
  • Client Onboarding & Scheme Re-broking: Support the onboarding of new clients and assist with scheme re-broking where applicable.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with client contacts.
  • Day-to-Day Scheme Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of Group Personal Pension schemes.
  • Maintain Internal Records & Processes: Ensure accurate and timely recording of internal records and processes.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Changes: Keep up to date with relevant legislation, industry reforms, and changes.
  • Meeting Notes & Documentation: Take notes during meetings, transcribe and type up minutes, and prepare documents such as agendas and minutes for approval.
