Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing Existing Schemes – Address queries from members and HR teams, oversee administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with auto-enrolment regulations.
  • Annual Reporting – Assist in compiling and delivering governance and annual review reports for designated clients.
  • Client Onboarding & Scheme Updates – Aid in bringing new clients on board and facilitate scheme re-broking when needed.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and sustain positive relationships with client contacts.
  • Daily Pension Scheme Administration – Oversee the administration of Group Personal Pension schemes efficiently.
  • Record-Keeping & Compliance – Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records and procedural documentation.
  • Industry Awareness – Stay informed about legislative changes and developments in the sector.
  • Meeting Documentation – Take notes, transcribe meeting minutes, and prepare key documents, including agendas and minutes for review.
