Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Location: Kent
About the Role:
I am working with a reputable estate agent in Kent who are seeking a motivated Town Planner to join their internal consultancy team. You will provide expert planning advice and support on diverse projects, helping clients navigate the planning process
Key Responsibilities:
路Assist with planning applications and submissions.
路Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
路Prepare planning reports and documents.
路Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
路Support senior planners with research and policy analysis.
路Attend site visits and client meetings.
About You:
路Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
路Membership or working towards membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
路Experience in planning, within a consultancy or local authority.
路Understanding of the UK planning system.
路Strong report writing and analytical skills.
路Effective communication skills.
路Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
