Town Planner

Location: Kent, Tunbridge Wells

Role Overview
My client, an RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based in the heart Kent, is seeking a skilled Town Planner to join their team. Specialising in the use of traditional vernacular architecture and natural materials such as timber, clay, and stone, the company focuses on delivering high-quality, locally sourced designs. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects within a supportive, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and related documentation.
- Conduct site appraisals and research planning policies.
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and contractors.
- Support the senior team in managing planning processes for diverse architectural projects.

Key Requirements
- A degree in Town Planning or related discipline, accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
