The Firm:A well-established and respected full-service law firm based in Tunbridge Wells is seeking to expand its Commercial Real Estate team by adding a talented and driven solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Role Overview:As a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property matters, advising a diverse client base that includes landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. You will play a key role in both transactional and advisory work, providing high-quality legal counsel across a broad spectrum of commercial property issues.

About You:

  • At least 5' PQE in commercial real estate law
  • Strong expertise in commercial property law and related areas
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster and maintain client relationships
  • A proactive, client-centric approach with a commercial mindset
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines
  • A genuine interest in business development and a willingness to get involved in marketing initiatives
