Kickstart your career working with experts in their field at a firm renowned for its history and prestige. They're looking for a newly qualified commercial lawyer with up to three years of post-qualification experience to join their team in Tunbridge Wells.
You'll adopt their bespoke approach, developing an in-depth understanding of commercial needs and harnessing your expertise to help their array of clients nationwide. Working on a wide range of matters concerning commercial contracts, data privacy, technology, and intellectual property, this team is well equipped to shape you into an expert in your own right.
There will be an emphasis on commercial contracts and due dilligence supporting corporate/M&A deals, as the departments seeks to expand its offering. As the team grows, you will receive further opportunity to develop specialist knowledge.
