Join this highly ranked team as the newest specialist Contentious Probate Lawyer at their Kent office.

This Contentious Probate team has identified a need for a sixth member to deal with their growing workload. They're looking for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, from NQ up to 3 years of experience, to join them in Tunbridge Wells.

Working with individually recognised experts in their field, this is an opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge you've carefully honed by helping clients sensitively deal with their most personal matters.

At a firm with a strong ethos of encouraging progression and innovation, you'll find yourself working on a variety of estate administration matters, gaining invaluable exposure to complex High Net Worth, international and cross-border cases, the volume of which increases year upon year.

Situate yourself in a prime position to develop and showcase your legal prowess within a wholeheartedly supportive environment, providing legal services to loyal clients while building the firm's reputation and your own by conducting business development, writing and publishing articles, and attending relevant training and networking events within an encouraging team.

Requirements for this Contentious Probate role include:
  • From NQ Solicitor or lawyer: up to 3 years of post qualification experience
  • Established experience in trusts and estate administration litigation
