Job Title: Family Solicitor (Finance)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Kent
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm with multiple offices across Kent. We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a friendly, motivated and forward thinking privately funded Family team. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team while being supported by an assistant on all matters of complexity.
Duties include:
- Managing a complex caseload of private family matters including but not limited to;
- Family finances on divorce ranging from mid to high net worth
- Pre-nuptial agreements
- Disputes between cohabitants in relation to jointly owned property
- Children cases concerning the arrangements for their care and divorce
- Developing and growing the firms commercial offering
- Supporting more junior team members
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Ideally 4+ years PQE
- Prior experience working as part of a busy family team, handling a variety of private family matters
- Commercially astute and technically strong
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management capabilities Â
Package:
- Circa £55,000
