We are recruiting for a leading firm that is expanding its Commercial team and seeking an ambitious Solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE). This is a unique opportunity to work on high-quality, challenging commercial and IP/IT/Data matters for well-known companies, the kind typically found at top London and national firms.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- NQ-2 years PQE, with experience in commercial work preferred
- Interest in supporting a wide range of commercial contracts, including agency, distribution, supply/purchase agreements, manufacturing, e-commerce, technology, confidentiality/NDAs, IP assignments and more
- Ability to assist on Corporate M&A deals, including commercial due diligence and disclosure
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with an aptitude for client relationship development
- Ability to work independently on assigned matters and collaborate on larger projects
- Interest in business development, including networking, content creation and client event participation
