Role Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law, with experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters – experience of Employment Tribunals is essential
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage and prioritise a caseload independently – proven ability to supervise junior team members and identify business development opportunities
