My client, a well-respected law firm based in Tunbridge wells, is seeking a motivated Legal Secretary to join their expanding team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone, routine calls and taking new enquiries and messages.
  • Ensure documents and correspondence move smoothly in and out of the department.
  • Type legal documents from handwritten notes or digital dictation.
  • Scan, email and fax correspondence and documents as required.
  • Manage files, including opening, closing, and filing documents.
  • Manage the Fee Earners diary, organising internal and external meetings.
  • General typing including completion statements, searches, land registry forms.

We're looking for:

At least 6 months experience in the property sector.

Confident, handles pressure well, and works effectively in a busy team environment.

Excellent IT skills - Word. Basic PowerPoint and Excel.
