ALegal Secretaryopportunity has arisen within the busy real estate / commercial propertydepartmentofanaward winning law firm, where you will be responsible for providing anefficient secretarial support function to a team of fee earners. Your fast paced Secretary role will bevariedand encompassesdocument production dutiesalong with other aspects ofadministrative supportutilising your solidorganisational, communication and IT skills.

As aLegal Secretary,your exciting new role will involve:
  • Producing various legal documentation, statements, forms either by copy typing or digital dictation
  • File management - opening and closing files, and filing all documentation
  • Photocopying including preparing trial bundles
  • Diary management and organising internal and external meetings for Fee Earners
  • Ensuring the smooth flow of documents and correspondence in and out of the department
  • Undertaking online searches

I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as aLegal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Secretary, and who have solid IT skills inMS Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience working with acase management system or practice management system. Experience supporting within the property department (real estate or residential) of a legal firm is definitely of interest.

Salary for this opportunity is £24,000 to £26,500 / £27,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
