- Execute high volumes of typing and audio transcription work accurately and efficiently.
- Draft letters, agreements, and other legal documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct property searches and manage related tasks utilising previous experience.
- Contribute to shared typing tasks as needed to support the team’s workflow.
- Background in commercial real estate or residential property transactions is preferred.
- Capable of working independently while handling a demanding workload.
- Confident, proactive, and capable of taking initiative when necessary.
- Detail-oriented and consistently dependable.
