  • Provide full administrative support to fee earners, overseeing files from start to finish.
  • Handle large volumes of typing and audio transcription tasks with speed and precision.
  • Draft letters, contracts, and various legal documents with great attention to detail.
  • Conduct property searches and manage associated duties based on previous experience.
  • Assist with team typing tasks to help maintain a smooth workflow.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in commercial real estate or residential property matters is preferred.
  • Capable of working independently and managing a busy workload.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to take charge when needed.
  • Meticulous, reliable, and detail-oriented.
