We have an exciting role for a highly skills and confident Legal Secretary to join this fast paced Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can adapt easily and confidently handle a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to fee-earners, managing cases from start to finish.
  • Handle a high volume of typing and dictation tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Produce letters, contracts, and other legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Conduct property searches and other related tasks, leveraging prior experience.
  • Participate in pool typing as necessary to support team workload.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in commercial property or residential conveyancing is desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a significant workload.
  • Confident, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to reliability.
  • Enjoys working in a relaxed, yet professional environment.
