- Provide full administrative support to fee earners, overseeing files from start to finish.
- Handle large volumes of typing and audio transcription tasks with speed and precision.
- Draft letters, contracts, and various legal documents with great attention to detail.
- Conduct property searches and manage associated duties based on previous experience.
- Assist with team typing tasks to help maintain a smooth workflow.
- Experience in commercial real estate or residential property matters is preferred.
- Capable of working independently and managing a busy workload.
- Confident, proactive, and able to take charge when needed.
- Meticulous, reliable, and detail-oriented.
