- Deliver full secretarial and administrative assistance to solicitors, overseeing case files from start to finish.
- Manage a high volume of typing duties, including audio dictation, with speed and precision.
- Prepare correspondence, agreements, and legal paperwork with close attention to accuracy.
- Perform land and property searches and take on related responsibilities in line with prior experience.
- Support the wider team with shared typing tasks to help maintain workflow efficiency.
- Prior involvement in commercial property or residential conveyancing is advantageous.
- Able to work independently and handle a demanding caseload.
