We’re working with a highly regarded practice in Tunbridge Wells that is seeking a proactive and reliable Legal Secretary to join their busy Litigation department, with a particular focus on Property Litigation.This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team, supporting a well-respected Partner and other junior professionals on a variety of matters. You’ll enjoy a varied role combining traditional secretarial duties with wider administrative and assistant-level responsibilities.What you'll be doing:
  • Providing dedicated support to the Litigation team (predominantly Property Litigation)
  • Managing diaries, booking appointments, and handling incoming correspondence
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and bundles
  • Liaising with clients and third parties professionally and efficiently
  • Assisting with file management, billing, and other day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Previous legal secretarial or legal support experience (litigation experience is a plus)
