Real Estate Legal Secretary - Immediate Interviews Available (Also, the chance to start immediately on a temporary option if preferable)

Role Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Legal Secretary and play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors and legal staff. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining the accuracy of legal documents and communications within our real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Experience with AP1s, RX1s, RX2s, and Companies House charges.
  • Requisitions: Handle requisitions and correspond with other parties to resolve them.
  • Notices: Manage sending Notices of Assignment and Charge.

Specialist Skills Required:

  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Word; basic PowerPoint and Excel skills are also beneficial.
  • Experience with a Practice Management System.
  • Strong telephone skills.

Personal Skills Required:

  • Interest in legal matters with a keen understanding of confidentiality.
  • Well-organised and conscientious with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective under pressure, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and spoken, with a good grasp of grammar and English language.
  • Enjoys interacting with others, demonstrating tact, patience, and persuasiveness.
  • Smart appearance.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Good standard of general education, particularly in English.
  • Numerate and literate.
  • Word processing skills/qualifications.
  • Training as a legal secretary or relevant qualification.
