- Audio transcription and typing
- Managing files, from opening to closing, including archiving
- Communicating with clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing documents and correspondence, including creating bundles
- Assisting with billing
- Coordinating with courts and barristers
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Assistant, ideally in medical law (though not essential).
- Self-assurance: Ability to work autonomously and confidently.
- Team-Oriented: Willingness to collaborate and support colleagues when necessary.
