Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor / Finishing Foreman to join our team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations at our sites, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing site staff to ensure smooth operations
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations
- Monitoring site activities and resolving any issues that may arise
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors as needed
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain site cleanliness and organisation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- First Aid Trained (3 day preferabl)
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS Card
- 3 years Experience Minimum
