Key Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
- Support students with special educational needs in the classroom
- Assist teachers with delivering tailored learning plans and activities
- Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them engage with their lessons
- Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure the needs of the students are met

- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- A passion for working with children with special needs
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills (no experience necessary)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
