- Mentor and support staff through supervisions and post-incident debriefs
- Review and respond to incoming referrals and support admissions
- Be a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid licence
- Have experience in a managerial or leadership role within a healthcare setting
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to patient-centred care, quality, and safety
- Be capable of balancing conflicting demands using adaptive thinking and positive problem-solving
