A brilliant marketing & design agency, working with some of the most well-known prestigious brands in their industry, is seeking their newest member of the team to join their Head Office in Tunbridge Wells.

They are looking for an outgoing and confident people-person to be their Office Manager in their dynamic and ever-growing team.

This company radiates a social and supportive ethos from day one, from twice-yearly socials to visits to other offices to form closer bonds amongst expanding teams!

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring compliance and efficiency is maintained.

Main duties include:

  • Inventory management of office supplies & storage
  • Coordination of office events
  • Managing office budgets
  • Supervising the cleaning and maintenance staff when required
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding & creating welcome packs
  • Assisting with other HR-related tasks as required

A successful candidate will be able to multitask and prioritise various responsibilities effectively, whilst naturally being able use their own initiative and work proactively.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential to hit the ground running.

This is an office-based position Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with a full 1 hr lunch break.

Salary is up to £30,000 + benefits + bonuses (twice yearly).
