We are currently seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join Term Time Teachers agency in the Tunbridge Wells area. You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our schools within the area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:
    • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
    • Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area.
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  2. Student Records:
    • Manage and update student records accurately and confidentially.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Assist in enrolment and registration processes.
  3. Communication:
    • Facilitate effective communication between staff, students, and parents.
    • Draft and distribute official school correspondence.
    • Manage school announcements and newsletters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of SIMS or Arbor software is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of school administrative processes and policies is a plus.
