Your key responsibilities as a year 2 teacher:
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to ensure lessons are interactive and enjoyable.
- Track individual progress and address any areas where students may need additional support.
- Differentiate teaching methods and materials to cater to varying abilities and learning styles.
- Stay calm and composed when managing challenging behaviour.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils
- Work in accordance with the legal requirements and policies of the school.
Requirements:
- Have QTS.
- Strong knowledge of the key stage 1 curriculum.
- Have previous experience working as a primary teacher.
- An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be happy to apply.
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Be able to provide two references within the last 2 years.
