My well established, expanding, forward thinking and extremely progressive client is looking to recruit a new addition to their team due to growth within the business. You will be working within a small team for a small but very successful and fast paced business.

Within this role you will be required to 'muck in' and multi-task, so the ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines with a high level of attention to detail is essential.

You will receive full training on the job so project administration experience is not essential but a bonus, however you must have excellent administration experience, strong communication skills, and ideally have worked within building/construction/engineering/installations or similar.

As the Administrator you will be responsible for some of the following duties:

  • Assisting with installation diary planning & management
  • Liaising with sites, confirming remedial works completion
  • Booking installation days and liaising with clients to schedule works
  • Maintain project plans and update the projects records
  • Organise training for installers
  • Sales aftercare - organising site returns/ remedials
  • Keeping up to date records of deliveries
  • Reviewing weekly supply lists of consumables

This role is fun, varied, interesting but ever changing, you must be able to work under pressure, be re-active and proactive and have a real passion for what you do.
