A collaborative and expanding Project Management and Construction Consultancy in Kent is seeking a Project Manager (or Senior Project Manager) to strengthen its team.
The Project Managers role
The successful Project Manager will be exposed and work on a broad array of private and public sector projects (valuing between £5m and £400m) to work on, including a mixture of commercial, public buildings, residential, and infrastructure.
The new Project Manager will work closely with clients and key stakeholders, helping to maintain relationships whilst delivering work pre and post contract.
The Project Manager
- Must have experience within a PQS / Construction Consultancy environment
- MRICS or keen to works towards
- Strong communication skills
- Private and or public sector project experience
- Pre and post contract experience
- Based in Kent and able to commute freely
